Concession Stand Manager Wanted

BAYB is currently seeking a professional individual to manage our Concession Stands.  This individual Must have a Food Handler's Card and a Managers Certification in Food Handling is Preferred. 

The manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the concession stands including but not limited to:
Staffing the stands to cover all shifts
Keeping an accurate and updated inventory of stock
Stocking the stands with menu items approved by the BAYB Board
Training the staff on proper etiquette in the stands and in dealing with handling the food.
Keeping the stands clean and organized.
