These are not limited to but include; Coaching Certification, CPR/AED training (1 signed coach per team), Fundraising (Rec Leagues only), Contract documents completed, etc.. If you have, Thank You. If not, its time.
All requirements should have been met before the season, however, since many of the requirements changed we allowed some extra time before performing our verification. Begining today Managers are required to check with their 2 signed coaches and verify that they have met the requirements. Managers are then required to send an e-mail to
baybcomments@windstream.net stating that they have verified their coaches requirements (including their own). Beginning May 5, Managers and Coaches who have not completed their requirements will be subject to disciplinary actions. These may include Forfeiture of games, suspension, termination, fines, or a combination of these.
Our organization requires it, our customers demand it, and our players deserve it. We take these requirements seriously, if you have any questions regarding them please e-mail us.
This Saturday is the final 2 CPR/AED Part B classes, e-mail us to reserve a spot, (if available at this point).
ASEP and Positive Coaching provide us a list or access to their training records so we know who has done these courses. If you are an open coach and are NYSCA certified or otherwise certified (OSSSA), you should copy and fax or e-mail us a copy of your card/certification (if not done already).
If curious, other requirements include enforcing our organization's rules, score reporting, safety of players and fans, and obviously coaching.
