Fundraiser Turn In Requirements

We are getting alot of calls about the fundraiser turn in.

To clarify, all REC players are responsible for a $70 fundraiser. Money is due this week to the Office.

Beginning with Monday games, players not turning in the full $70 will be ineligible to play. Coaches as members of BAYB will enforce this requirement.

With that said the plain truth of the matter is only the money is due this week. The drawing is June 15th, thus we can accept tickets until June 14th. If you need more time your only option is to pay the remaing portion and then you have until June to recoupe your money.

Team reps or coaches should collect the team's money and turn in this week to the office. See previous e-mail and news article on the website for turn in times. www.baybonline.com Please only turn in at these times, or call for an appointment. Our office staff still has much other work to do.

We feel we have the simplest and best fundraiser of any BA sport and have gone to great lengths to make it a good value to all as well. With over $105 dollars of savings in each ticket, its hard to beat for 2 dollars.  

Thanks to all for raising the money that makes baseball possible. Without the fundraiser registration would cost much more and would likely increase every year as our expenses do. Our expenses increased over $18,000 dollars just in field maintenance and rent alone and those were not the only increases.

Since not all can afford what baseball actually costs per player the fundraiser provides a way to raise some of this money besides out of your pocket. Those that can afford it can pay and have 35 chances at winning $10,000 (better than just paying it).
