There are a limited number of scholarships available and registration will close when funding is exhausted.  BAYB families can receive scholarships for up to two consecutive years. After that, the family must wait a year before submitting another application. Scholarships cover registration fees only and do not cover equipment fees or transportation assistance.  
Broken Arrow Youth Baseball provides registration fee scholarships to help eligible youth participate in the Recreational Program.   This scholarship program provides assistance to youths from low-income families who are not currently being served by existing scholarship or fee waiver programs. Eligibility
To be eligible for a scholarship, a child must:

Qualify for or be currently receiving assistance from one or more of the programs listed below:		Meet each of the criteria listed below:
• Free or Reduced School Lunch • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families • Aid for Dependent Children • Foster Care	AND	• Be enrolled in school (kindergarten through 12th grade) UNLESS player is not school-age • Commit to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled practices and games • Not be currently served by an existing scholarship or fee waiver program

 
  Application must be submitted to Broken Arrow Youth Baseball at bayouthbaseball.rec@windstream.net or in person at the BAYB office.  1.  Click on GREEN Begin Registration
2.  Choose Sign In or Create New Account (if you are registering a new player to BAYB)
3.  Click on GREEN Begin Registration
4. Select Registrant 
5.  Select Program:  SCHOLARSHIP PLAYERS
6.  Select League:  Age your player will be on April 30, 2024
7.  Select Role (player)
8.  Complete registration info 
9.  If you do not see the screen that says SUCCESS!  THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! your registration is not complete
