If your child is new to playing with BAYB, we will need a copy of his or her birth certificate.

This years online registrations offer a choice of payment options.

Or Birth Certificates can be faxed to 455-7229.  They come directly into my office.

If you are coming in to the office to pay, our office is located at the Indian Springs Sports Complex.
Off of 145th south of 131st ST.  Take a left on Shreveport off of 145th and go thru soccer fields.
We are in a 2 story building across the street from the Indian Springs Elementary School.
Our office hourse are : M-F 9-4 until Dec. 18th.
Our office will be closed for the holidays from December 19th and will re-open January 4th.
Then our office hours will be: M-F   9-6.
