Managers and Coaches Requirements and Information
(26) Managers are responsible for checking their team schedule daily. Weather and other reasons occasionally require that the Board reschedule games. If a game is rescheduled and published 96 hrs or more prior to its play date/time, managers will not receive additional notice. If within 96 hrs of rescheduled time, managers will be contacted by e-mail or phone. Rescheduled games are not negotiable. Teams are expected to play when scheduled/rescheduled.

A strobe light will begin flashing and remain flashing until safe conditions return. ALL PLAYERS/PARENTS MUST LEAVE THE PARK AND TAKE SHELTER IN THE PARKING LOT. YOU MAY RESUME ACTIVITIES ONLY AFTER THREE (3) 5-SECOND BLASTS OF THE HORN ARE SOUNDED AND THE STROBE LIGHT STOPS FLASHING

 All players must be registered on BAYB Sportspilot website
All registration money must be paid in full (unless arrangements have been made, i.e. HS Booster Club paying for league) to be included on Schedule.
No Standings
Teams will bat entire lineup present for game. (Except HS Division, HS can bat 9, 10 with EH, 9 with DH or continuous lineup)
Time starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting
Courtesy runner can be used at any time for pitcher or catcher. Each runner can only run once an inning.
ZERO TOLERANCE ON UMPIRE ABUSE (Coaches are responsible for players and fans, if a fan gets ejected head coach is removed from game as well. 2 ejections in one game will result in a forfeit)
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN PARK service animals always welcome
ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK (Team cooler or jugs are allowed for players water)
Uniforms do not have to match.
A run rule of 5 runs per inning per team. (This rule is to allow the team’s equal number of at-bats.
No run rules, and games will be played out either innings or time.
All games will be played with DROP DEAD time. (No revert to last inning, there are no standings, no reason to revert)
All age divisions will use a regular 9-inch, 5 oz. official baseball. All balls must be Diamond DOL-A, Pro Nine ProT or Better. All balls must be real leather of cushion cork.
GAME TIME
1 hour/drop dead for coach pitch
1 ½ hours/drop dead for kid pitch
Coach Pitch 6U – No Tball bats, this division will be modified coach pitch. (4 pitches and 2 attempts from the tee. If after 4 attempts the batter fails to put the ball in fair territory, the batter is out. All players can be in defensive positions, only 6 players are allowed to play in the infield.
Coach Pitch 8U – No Tball bats, 6 pitches, or 3 swinging strikes.
13-18 HS Division – WOOD BAT ONLY
Rules are BAYB then USSSA then OBR. HS division will not revert to any Federation Rules.
