Become a BAYB Advertising Partner
BAYB offers numerous advertising programs that can be tailored to suit your preferences. You or your business can assist individuals, teams, leagues, or our overall baseball program. We are open to suggestions as well so if you do not find what you are looking for below, just contact us.
BAYB is a non-profit (501C3) organization dedicated to developing values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and other characteristics of moral citizenship through teaching and playing Baseball.As a 501C3 organization portions or all of your sponsorship may be tax deductible (see your tax advisor).
BAYB offers many ways to help through donations and advertising initiatives.
You or your business may chose to donate money, equipment, time, or services or chose to advertise with us in order to sponsor BAYB activities, teams, individual children, special events, or leagues. We can negotiate custom sponsorship efforts to suit you or your business’ needs.
Help and Reach the Community
How does sponsoring youth baseball help the community? Studies* indicate 3 significant community benefits from youth sports including Baseball. These are: Economic Development (Sales and indirect economic impacts), Alleviating Social Problems (Reducing youth crime, promoting healthy life styles, and reducing stress), and Environmental Stewardship (Historical Preservation - knowing where you come from, and enhancing the environment).
Over 2,300 kids participated in BAYB’s 3 seasons during 2009; another 5,000 participated in tournaments. Reach these players and families through our advertising approaches based on level of support provided or suggest a custom approach.

Sponsor a Child
BAYB’s Scholarship Program has assisted over 1000 children to participate in baseball when due to family circumstances they otherwise could not afford to. You or your business can provide a monetary donation to the BAYB Scholarship Program. Anything helps!
Sponsor a League
Monetary donations are accepted for specific leagues based on that leagues needs. As an example, uniforms are provided to players in age groups 3-6 (T and Tiger Leagues). These teams also need help with equipment. You or your business could offset these cost with a donation specific for these leagues.
Advertising Incentive Levels
Grand Slam ($4,000 and up, or equivalent)
You receive: Event named for your Company, Advertising in event programs, Banners on all fields**, Logo Ad on every page of BAYB web site, Logo on mass e-mails and special mailers, Your flyer displayed in office, link to your web site on the BAYB site, and listed as a BAYB Sponsor on our web site.
Homerun ($1,000 to $4,000, or equivalent)
You receive: Banners on all fields**, Logo Ad on select pages of BAYB web site, Logo on mass e-mails and special mailers, Your flyer displayed in office, link to your web site on the BAYB site, and listed as a BAYB Sponsor on our web site.
Triple ($500 to $1,000, or equivalent)
You Receive: Banners on select fields**, Your flyer displayed in office, link to your web site on the BAYB site, and listed as a BAYB Sponsor on our web site.
Double ($200-$500, or equivalent)
Banner on 1 select field**, Your flyer displayed in office, link to your web site on the BAYB site, and listed as a BAYB Sponsor on our web site.
Single ($100 to $200, or equivalent)
Your flyer displayed in office, link to your web site on the BAYB site, and listed as a BAYB Sponsor on our web site.
All other donations will receive listing as a sponsor on our web site.
** Banners may be provided by you or BAYB will have made, minimum $150 monetary donation per banner to be made by BAYB (covers banner cost).
One time event advertising opportunities are available
Special events include registration mailers, tournaments, and player draft and appreciation nights.
