Broken Arrow Youth Baseball Umpire Mission

Our goal at Broken Arrow Youth Baseball is to provide players, coaches, parents, and fans from BAYB and surrounding areas the foundation to become proficient umpires with the assistance of our knowledgeable and certified staff. BAYB currently provides opportunities for its umpires to advance through its recreational youth program, high school, small college baseball then on to major college baseball. Instructional clinics, games, and camps prepare our participants to become quality umpires for league play and tournaments. The fundamentals that are taught provide the groundwork for Professional Umpires School with the hope that one day a Major League Umpire will have started right here at Broken Arrow Youth Baseball.
