Refund Policy
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit.
In the event of tournament cancellation due to weather or any other act of God will be eligible for the following credit.
-0- games started 100% refund
-1- game started 50% credit to event
-2- games started $50 off next event
There is NO REFUND on individual gate fees once a fan/spectator has entered the complex.
Baseballs
Each team must provide (2) 9” 5oz new and unblemished leather baseballs per game.
Rules
Each Event will have specific rules sent to the coach before the event.
We play all 13U events at 54/80 and all 14U/HS events at 60/90 unless otherwise noted.

5U-8U-1:15
9U-12U-1:30
13U - HS-1:45
Awards
All Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive Championship Rings, unless otherwise specified.
All secondary and subsequent Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive Medals, unless otherwise specified.
Can we bring outside coolers?
No outside coolers are allowed in the park except for team coolers for water and cold rags. No alcohol is allowed at BAYB/ISCB events.
Can we bring our pets or comfort animals to the tournament?
No pets are allowed within the confines of the park except for documented service animals. There is no exception to the rule.
Behavior at the events
Broken Arrow Youth Baseball and Indian Springs Competitive Baseball have a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards a tournament official or umpire. Ejections will be for the remainder of the game and the next scheduled game.
Does my team need an official roster?
No, however, coaches must have a copy of all players' birth certificates at all times. Coaches must produce the birth certificates upon protest.
Does our team need insurance?
Yes. Please have a copy of your COI with you at all times.
