2016 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

 

CHECK IN BEGINS AT 9:00AM-11:45PM TEAM CHECK IN AND MEETINGS ARE REQUIRED

 


Check in is at Central on Main:    210 N Main, Broken Arrow, OK 74012


Coaches turn in COPIES of birth certificates at check-in interview.  All players are

interviewed.  COPIES OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES WILL BE RETAINED DURING

THE EVENT.  Players wear Uniform & Tennis Shoes for team photo at check-in


12:00-1:00 PM Coach Meeting (Schedule and Rules handed out)


12:00-1:00 PM Team Mom Meeting (Goody Bag, Park Rules, Event schedule and icture information)


 

OPENING CEREMONY AND GAMES ARE LOCATED AT THE PARK

 

   3:00-5:30PM SKILLS COMPETITION


6:00PM OPENING CEREMONY AT THE STAGE

· Opening Prayer

· National Anthem

· Presentation of Flag


8:00PM MOM HOME RUN DERBY/COACH HOME RUN DERBY

SUNDAY JULY 10 POOL PLAY BEGINS
