Fundraiser Turn In

Rec League Fundraiser money turn in (by team only)  is 12-16 April. Managers or the team representative should collect money from each player and bring to the office. Due to limited office resources and schedule; money will be collected at specified times only.
 
Days and times to turn in money are as follows:

Monday -- 3 to 7 pm
Tuesday-- 11:30am to 2 pm
Wednesday-- 12 to 5 pm
Thursday-- 3 to 7pm
Friday -- by appointment only (must talk to Stephanie) 

Board members on duty will not be able to collect money as this caused tracking issues last year.

Please do not wait until the last minute to turn in money, it will take us all longer that way.

Coaches/reps, please have money counted, sorted, and listed by player to reduce the time it will take you to turn it in.

Players that do not sell the minimum 1 book of tickets are ineligible to play beginning 19 April.  See rules for more information.
