BAYB/ARVB Post Season Tournament DEADLINE WED 6/2 @ NOON

The ARVB Recreational/Instructional League Post-season Tournament is coming the week of June 7-13th.

Any Recreational or Instructional Team from BAYB, Bixby, Jenks, or surrounding areas will be eligible to participate in this event.

We will play by the BAYB/ARVB Recreational League Rules which can be found under the Coaches Corner Tab on our website.

Teams may combine for this tournament with others but all players MUST come from the Recreational or Instructional League.  No OPEN players will be allowed to participate in this event.  If your team will be "picking up" players to compete in this event, a Roster of all participating players Must be provided by Friday June 5th.  NO TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PICK UP PLAYERS AFTER THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS.

The cost for the tournament is:

$100 for 8yrs and under

$125 for 9-12U teams

$150 for 13's and up.

This will be a double-elimination format with a 2 game guarantee unless we can get 8 teams in each age group then we will use the 3 game guarantee format used AAYBA.

GATE ADMISSION WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT
Gate fee is $2 for Adults and $1 for Students or Seniors and this is a daily rate.
