Field Maintenance SOW Update

A second Contractor Walkthrough has been requested by a couple potential bidders. Given that the first was only a week after the announcement, BAYB has decided to schedule an additional walkthrough for 19 Nov, @ noon. There will be no others after this.

Potential Bidders are asked to have specific questions in writing to facilitate recording questions and answering. Questions and Answers will be included as Attachment 4 to the SOW.  

As presented in the SOW a contractor walk through was held on 5 November. Attachment 3, Questions and Answers from the Walkthrough, was added to the SOW. The complete SOW as of 9 Nov is now available. See full story.
