BAYB realized an omission in the Umpire Coordinator SOW released 29 Dec for Bid. We have extended the deadline for submission of any bids to 13 Jan and ask previous bidders to re-submit. See full story for revised SOW.We feel this omission partially resulted in the bids we received as being considered unqualified. Accordingly we ask that bidders read the revised SOW and resubmit bids. See highlighted portions.
Should this omission have resulted in some potential offerers not bidding originally we have extended the deadline for submission of any bids to 13 Jan.
