The selected applicant is expected to start on or about 1 Feb and continue weekly for 8 to 10 weeks. Tentative hours are 11:30 to 4:30 M-F, with occasional weekend hours. There are no benefits with this position. Salary and schedule are somewhat negotiable. Job duties include but are not limited to: Office work (filing, coping, data management, answering phones, etc.), Communicating with coaches and parents both orally and via e-mail, and assisting our operations manager and the board in the daily tasks associated with running a youth baseball organization. Organizational skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time are requirements.
