Game Schedules will be passed out at the coaches meeting, Sat @ noon. For planning purposes please note the following game schedules:
Sun - 8, 10, 12, 2 (8 - Coaches Social)
Mon - 8, 10, 12 (7 - Bass Pro)
Tue - 8, 10, 12, 2?, 6, 8
Wed - 8, 12, 4(ifs)
EVENT SCHEDULE
Saturday July 7th
MANDATORY 9AM – Noon
at Central on Main in downtown Broken Arrow (210 N. Main)
· Team check in and player interview (copy of team birth certificates turned in to be kept on file) And TEAM PICTURES!
Noon-1pm
· Coaches meeting & Team Mom meeting (US Sports Photography will speak at that time about picture information)
6pm @ Indian Springs Sports Complex
· World Series Dinner catered by Rib Crib (PLAYERS AND ASSIGNED COACHES EAT FOR FREE, $8.00 per meal for any additional guests)
7:30pm
· Skills Competition (around the horn, base running relay & home run derby)
· Dad & Coaches Home Run Derby
· Mom’s Home Run Derby
Sunday July 8th
· POOL PLAY (Games start at 8am)
8 pm Coaches and Umpire social at the Park. Free food and refreshments! Brackets and seedings to be announced.
Monday July 9th
· Start bracket play on Monday.
· BASS PRO FISHING (7-9pm) (Catch’n’Release and receive a free Broken Arrow Youth Baseball T-shirt) Rods and Tackle for sale, or bring your own. Waivers (all) and licenses (adults) required.
Tuesday July 10
· BRACKET PLAY
· INCREDIBLE PIZZA DAY! ($11 plus tax per person ages 4 and older receives All-You-Can-Eat buffet includng dessert, drink and a $5 game card. Adult buffet only $8 plus tax & Ages 0-3 eats for free
Wednesday July 11
· BRACKET PLAY AND CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES
Thursday July 12
· This is a scheduled rain-out day
USSSA WORLD SERIES T-SHIRTS ARE AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER FOR $15 AND $20 AT THE EVENT. PLEASE EMAIL bayouthbaseball.rec@windstream.net with the sizes and the number of shirts you wish to purchase by Thursday the 5th of July. Pins and towels will also be available at the event.
