This Scope of Work (SOW) forms the basis for contractors to bid on the Broken Arrow Youth Baseball (BAYB) 2013 Umpire Coordinator Contract (Contract) at Indian Springs Sports Complex (ISSC) Baseball Fields.Attachments 1 and 2 and a written proposal should be returned to BAYB by 3 pm on 10 December 2012.
Interviews will be held on a date TBA prior to December 19th 2012.
