Use the age your child will be on April 30th 2014 After February 10, 2014, a late fee of $25 will be applied, your child will be put on a waiting list and will not be guaranteed a team. We will place on a team as space is available.
EVERY PLAYER MUST PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE TICKET FUNDRAISER FOR $60.
