Q. How do I know what age group my child can play in?
A. Rules of thumb: whatever your child's age on Tthe30th of April is the age group they can participate in.

Q. What is the Fee to participate in Broken Arrow Youth Baseball?
A. Registration Fees depend on the Season you are signing up for. For our Spring Season, Recreational Players sign up individually depending on age. Our Spring Open League, Summer and Fall Leagues are signed up by Teams.

The following are the Fees for our Spring Recreational Players:

 
  • T-Ball (3 & 4 Yr Olds) = $75
  • Tiger Ball (5 & 6) = $110
  • 7 REC = $110
  • 8 REC = $110
  • 9 REC = $115
  • 10 REC = $115
  • 11 REC = $115
  • 12 REC = $115
  • 13 REC = $120
  • 14 REC = $120
  • 15-18 Year Olds = $150 per Player
·  ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE BY 2/12
·  T-Ball and Tiger Ball Recieve a hat and T-shirt
·  Fundraiser is Mandatory for all recreational players
·  Competitve baseball players register with their team (per team price is $1200 for coach pitch and $1400 for kid pitch)
  Spring Registrations begins December each year and continue to Mid-February, at which time a $25 late fee is applied to each registration and the player may be put on a waiting list depending on team availability.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANY TIME.

Our Open Spring Registration is $1,500 for 8U Open Team and $1,600 for 9-14U Open Teams. A $500 Non-refundable deposit must be paid before any Try-outs or postings can be done on our website. If your team pays your $500 deposit by December 1st, the team will receive 2 Dozen Diamond DSS-1 baseballs.

Our Summer and Fall Ball Registrations are also done by Team, the Fee for these Leagues $750 for Kid Pitch.

Q. Will there be a Fundraiser?
A.  All recreational league players are required to participate in our raffle ticket fundraiser  
Q. What is TIGER Ball?
A.  Tiger ball is for ages 5-6.  The player may attempt to hit a hitch thrown to them (minimum 3 pitches thrown), if unsuccessful the player is allowed to hit off of a Tee (2 max for 5U and 1 max for 6U)  
Q. How do I register for Baseball?
A.  Registration is done online only begining in December and ending in February.
Q. What is required to sign up for Baseball?
A. Registration form and fee, birth certificate
Q. What do I do after I sign-up for baseball?
A. Your coach will notify you of your team,  practice information, team colors, uniform colors, etc.
Q. My child participated last year, does he/she automatically return to the same team?
A. Yes, unless their coach has released them in the allowable drop two/pick up two.  
Q. What do I need to do if I don’t want my child to return to the same team?
A.  Let the BAYB office know and mark your registration forms accordingly.  
Q. Where will the practices be held?
A.  Practices will be determined by your coach.  
Q. When are the games and game times?
A.  Games are located at Indian Springs, M-F with games times of 6pm or 8pm.  We cannot accommodate individual schedule requests.  
Q. What about uniforms?
A.  T-ball and Tiger Ball registration includes a hat and t-shirt, player must provide baseball cleats, socks, pants, & belt.  All other players are responsible for cleats, socks, pants, belt, jersey, and hat.  
Q. Does it cost to attend my child’s game?
A.  League games are free.  $5 a person for tournaments.
