Fundraiser Order Corrections

It is the nature of the beast that some orders were not filled correctly.  These issues however can be fixed with your Order Correction Form.  If you are Missing Items or have Damaged Items, please fill out the Order Correction form.  You can bring it to the office, or just take it to the concession stands when you are here for a game.

I have the Tulsa books to make those corrections here AT THE BALLPARK.  Take your Order Correction Form to the CONCESSIONS STAND and they will swap you the book for the form.  Other Corrections will need to be sent to All 4 Kids.  I need those forms in NO LATER than May 19th for those to be filled.

ANY PRODUCT NOT PICKED UP WILL BE SENT BACK MAY 23RD.  If you have not already picked up your fundraiser, this is a problem on your end, not ours, as calls have been made to each of you and your coaches have been notified.  This product does need refrigeration and has not had that since May 7th. 

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE COMMUNITY CENTERS TO TRY TO RETRIEVE ITEMS!!   We rented space there just to handle the magnitude of the pick-up , but we do not work or operate out of either community center so we are not there except for scheduled BAYB events when using their facilities.  Thanks again for all your GREAT efforts with our fundraiser this season.
