BAYB is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers dedicated to promoting, developing, sustaining, and supervising a youth baseball program. Which includes, but is not limited to, teaching baseball rules, baseball skills, values of teamwork, sportsmanship, safety, and other characteristics of moral citizenship. Over 90% of profits from the Nationals goes back into the youth baseball program and to minimize costs for next year (not into an individuals pocket).

Over 3,000 man hours go into preparing, running, and managing the Nationals, we would like to focus our limited resources in the areas that mean the most to you as a whole. This will improve our efficiency, keep costs down, and make everyone's Nationals experience a little better next year.

We were not perfect this year, your completing this survey will help us take another step toward perfection. Please feel free to let us know what we did wrong but also let us know what we did right and what is important to you.
